[All of a sudden, Cassel isn't anywhere.]
[He doesn't show up at the gym to work. He doesn't show up in the dining hall to eat - in fact, he's been noticeably absent from the public space for several days now. His door doesn't open. He doesn't emerge, and nobody seems to be going in, either.]
[He stays huddled in his room, in Sam's bed, not his own, blankets up to his ears. He sleeps. He hides. He doesn't speak; anyone who tries to get in contact with him receives brusque texts back, if they get anything.]
[On the third day after being fixed - nominally fixed, anyway - he eats a cracker and considers it a personal victory.]
[On the fourth day, a small black cat accompanies Ilia out into the halls, skulking by his side and hiding his face in the fan of the larger cat's tail.]
