wichita's gone. her cabin's blank.
first one of the month, i guess.
spam } morgause ( tw; self-injury )
[He's been spending a lot of time as a cat lately. If you asked him why, he wouldn't be able to tell you. Probably he'd say something snide like four legs are better than one and then change the subject, like you wouldn't notice the stunt he was trying to pull.]
[The truth is twofold. He wants to hurt. Very badly, even now, he wants to hurt. It's self-flagellating, because Kon's suit is tucked away in his closet gathering dust, and there's nothing to protect him from pain anymore.]
[The other reason is that he misses home, and this form is inextricably connected with his home. The feel of fur down his back reminds him of Lila in his bed, and missing her is a familiar, if dulled, ache. Another way to hurt is remembering.]
[When he sees Morgause vanishing down the hall after breakfast, he follows after her. Not because he likes her - he doesn't know her from Adam - but because she's Morgana's, and Morgana is (tangentially) his. His paws tread silently down the hall behind her, but she might notice him by a prickling at the back of her neck: he's staring at her, unwavering, unblinking.]

i'd say that's too dramatic, but it's cassel, soooo...
[She is baiting him, of course. He will either be insulted and become indignant, or he will try to prove himself as casually as possible. Much as he's likely speaking to her (in order to attempt) to test her, she is now also testing him.]
never too dramatic
What kind of bullshit is that, am I able. Anything you can do, I can do better, Morgause.
nevahevah
[She doesn't have her magic, sure, but she's also not wandering the halls in cat form either. She still has a purpose.]
getting back 2gethah
[Ha. Haha.]
So, where are you off to on this fine day, Morgause?
no subject
[Or perhaps a remark to make upon it. He's already giving her some of his opinions without prompting, after all.]
no subject
[And he is going to continue offering opinions without prompting! Probably forever!]
no subject
[Morgause's lips curl into a smile. It seems soft around her lips, but there's a bite to her eyes.]
And what would you suggest then?
no subject
A run, or lunch? You pick.

Clever.
[Except not. At all.]
no subject
[Grin, grin, grin.]
no subject
I suppose you are under the impression that you grow on people after a time?
no subject
[Which means he's never gonna give you up, never gonna let you down, Morgause.]

I'm certain I meant irritating.
